This week, Lindsay had the honor of hosting the Aksarben Foundation’s quarterly board meeting at our corporate headquarters in Omaha. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with passionate leaders who are driving change in agriculture. The meeting highlighted a range of Aksarben’s impactful initiatives, with a special focus on the Full Value Agriculture initiative. This incredible program is all about empowering farmers, ranchers, and feeders to thrive by connecting sustainable production practices with the growing market demand for innovative agricultural supply chains. A key topic of discussion was Nebraska’s critical water resources, with insightful presentations from Peter McCornick, Executive Director of the Daugherty Water for Food Global Institute, Julie Bushell, and Gustavo E. Oberto, President of Global Irrigation at Lindsay. It was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas on how we can ensure the sustainability of this essential resource. Lindsay is grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such forward-thinking individuals and organizations, and we are excited for what lies ahead as we continue to make a positive impact on agriculture and our communities! #Agriculture #Sustainability #WaterManagement #FullValueAgriculture #Innovation #LindsayCorporation #AksarbenFoundation
