?? A Grateful Farewell to Dark Skies ?? As we close the Dark Skies exhibition, we extend our deepest thanks to UMVA, Dark Sky Maine, our participating artists, guests, and the news crews who helped shine a light on the importance of preserving our night skies. Your dedication—as artists, scientists, community members, and reporters—has made this exhibition an impactful and inspiring experience. The conversations sparked by Dark Skies remind us why we do what we do at Waterfall Arts. Filling the house at workshops and exhibit talks proves the power of art to educate, connect, and inspire action. This exhibition was the perfect way to launch our 25th anniversary year, highlighting our mission of community collaboration. Now, as we move into Youth Art Month, we can already see the lasting impact of exhibits like Dark Skies on the next generation of creative thinkers and problem solvers. Join us for the Young Artists’ Gallery Takeover opening this Friday, March 7, at 4 PM, and learn more about how your support fuels community arts at waterfallarts.org.
