February is American Heart Month, and here’s a fact we can’t ignore: Black women in the U.S. are disproportionately affected by heart disease, yet it’s 80% preventable with awareness and action. Your heart health matters! Prioritize self-care, manage stress, get moving, and check in with your doctor. Let’s break the cycle and protect our hearts—because a healthy heart is a powerful heart.
