This Saturday, Swatch X OMEGA SA are celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Speedmaster having been "declared the only flight-qualified watch for all manned space missions by NASA" with the 30th MoonSwatch release, the MoonSwatch 1965 (Ref. SO33M106). Interestingly, the watch is?shown in stores next to recreations of the Ref. 235T from Longines Watch Co. Francillon Ltd. and a Ref. 6238 from ROLEX, both obviously "for exhibition only" (and definitely not with the rival's logo on the dial), the two watches it was competing against.
