Happy 1st anniversary to Tyler Sturgis - Human Resource Director! Tyler shares that his favorite part about working at Waste Dynamics is “ The employees! I have not met one person who wasn't willing to help or lend an extra hand when needed. Additionally, the company as a whole was built on a great set of values and I believe they are displayed day-in and day-out - and it's not just the HR in me saying it.” The biggest lesson he’s learned in this position is how “to engage and problem-solve with a primarily remote workforce. In the past, I have primarily worked in manufacturing environments and would help solve issues and check in on employees while walking the plant floor.
