Today marks the beginning of a new era for the Washington B Corp Collective. In the coming months, we'll be bringing you more resources, more events and more ways to get involved with inspiring fellow businesses and individuals to help drive positive change in our state. We are thrilled to announce our fiscal sponsorship and partnership with Seattle Good Business Network! ?? Their mission to connect and inspire people to buy, produce, and invest locally, so that everyone has a meaningful stake in the local economy closely aligns with our own. Our friends at B Local PDX have launched a?Climate Policy Advocacy Program?that is designed to support businesses in policy engagement and collective action. They've partnered with Oregon Business For Climate & Clean & Prosperous Washington so that we can cover each state's legislative efforts as well as shared regional initiatives. The facilitators will incorporate specific info about how collaborative policy advocacy can satisfy the collective action requirement on the new B Corp standards.
