Anisa Ashabi?(’20 Comm.)?is the author of the young adult novel?"Finding Chaz," which she recently adapted for television. The story?follows a young Iranian American girl as she navigates high school in a fictional small town in Washington. Roxie, the main character, deals with persistent bullying by Chaz, a male classmate. But when she and Chaz find themselves in in-school suspension, an unlikely friendship develops.
