In celebration of Women's History Month, we're encouraging our colleagues to complete an online learning challenge focused on celebrating women in the workplace. Every weekday in March, colleagues can complete a suggested LinkedIn Learning lesson. We hope these lessons will both educate and inspire our colleagues.

In honor of Black History Month, wpg's Inclusion and Engagement Committee held a sampling of sweet and savory treats from local, Black-owned businesses. Families braved the cold this past weekend to enjoy Winter Blast at Clay Terrace in Carmel, Indiana. This annual event featured ice carvers, a visit from Elsa and Olaf, a trackless train and a Hot Chocolate Passport Trail.

Through wpg's Growth Gateway professional development program, colleagues are able to design and complete individualized development plans focused on skills and goals that will benefit them. Christina Ashton, Specialty Leasing Manager, sees this program as a way to elevate not just the individual, but also the company as a whole.

We're excited to welcome Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café to Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is the French-inspired restaurant's first Arizona location and first location in the wpg portfolio, and we're proud to partner with this growing brand. This past weekend, guests lined up to try Sweet Paris' menu of sweet and savory crêpes, plus much more. Thank you to Shelby Moore, Senior Director, Leasing; Scott Fox, Director, Construction; Zach Buckhardt, General Manager; Yusef Mustafa, Operations Director; Christina Calhoun, Marketing Director; and Kayla Bell, Specialty Leasing Manager, for their work in bringing Sweet Paris Crêperie and Café to Scottsdale Quarter.

We hope you had a great Valentine's Day. All this month, our property teams have been helping families make Valentine's Day memories by hosting dances and arts and crafts events. These celebrations also support our retailers by drawing crowds to our centers.
