We are so grateful to have had Rajiv Mohabir share his poetry with our Washington College community and host an incredible eco-poetry workshop at the Lawrence Wetlands Preserve yesterday.? ? Co-hosted by the Washington College's Center for Environment & Society Washington College's English Department and Washington College's Rose O'Neill Literary House , Rajiv's workshop gave our students and faculty an insightful look into the relationship between poetry and our environment.

The Gunston School proudly inducted 37 students into the National Honor Society (NHS) this week! Our director, Dr. Valerie Imbruce, had the honor of serving as the keynote speaker and was happy to celebrate these outstanding scholars and their families on this special occasion. Much like CES, The Gunston School is dedicated to nurturing ethically and environmentally conscious leaders, ready to make a positive impact in our global community. Congrats again to the newest members of NHS! ??
