Georgina Ozga-Dortch has witnessed a great deal of change. When she started at Kohler as a bookkeeper in 1974, she processed payroll manually on keypunch cards and communicated with coworkers via handwritten notes and typed letters in inter-office mail. Fast forward 20 years and personal computers were introduced, followed by mobile phones. Over Georgina’s 50-year career, one thing has remained constant—her inspiring work ethic and commitment to Kohler’s mission. And this year, she became the 91st Kohler associate to celebrate a half century of service. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in many departments, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and most recently, Sales, where she has been a key part of the foundation of our builder channel. With a career spanning five decades (and counting!), Georgina’s achievements are extraordinary and will continue to make an impact for years to come.
