The foods you pack your lunch play a part in shaping your mental health. Those easy-to-find, high-sugar foods might make your hunger go away, but they could also be causing your mental health extra strain. Multiple studies, including one by Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, have shown that a Mediterranean diet can decrease PTSD symptoms. What you can do: ?? Warriors’ Ascent offers a five-day, research-backed program with an annual track record of success. I’m really nobody and my story is average compared to most, but I’d love you get my message out to anyone, or any group that’d listen, I think it could help someone. My name is Steven Svestka, and I’m a U.S. Marine veteran and former police officer with firsthand experience navigating the toughest battles—both in the line of duty and within myself. I’ve faced trauma head-on, and through my journey of faith in Christ and the power of trauma therapy, I’ve found healing and purpose. Today, I’m passionate about sharing my story to inspire others—whether they’re struggling with their own battles or supporting those who are. My mission is to bring hope, resilience, and practical tools for healing to audiences who need it most.
