Your donations create activity-based, stress-free environments that promote camaraderie and therapeutic healing. We place warriors, wounded in combat with others of a similar experience, in a stress-free, safe and secure setting which promotes wellness and health. We are committed to providing an atmosphere in a simple and straightforward manner by allowing our excursions the freedom to be shaped and changed by the participants to be exactly what they need it to be.

Gratitude Runs Deep at the Lake Sam Rayburn Fishing Retreat this past weekend! The group that puts this on year after year is amazing! Our Purple Heart veterans enjoyed a well-deserved break, great company, and some serious fishing! But none of this would be possible without the incredible support of our volunteer, donors, and especially our fishing guides! They all made sure our veterans had an unforgettable experience, putting them on fish and sharing their expertise. Their time, patience, and generosity truly shows veterans that people care and this SAVES LIVES! At the heart of it all, this weekend was about healing, camaraderie, and remembering the sacrifices made by our nation’s heroes. Not everyone gets to come home, and we will always honor and remember those who didn’t. To our Purple Heart veterans—thank you for your service, sacrifices, and trust in our program. To our fishing guides, volunteers, donors, and supporters—your generosity and dedication make all the difference.
