Gratitude Runs Deep at the Lake Sam Rayburn Fishing Retreat this past weekend! The group that puts this on year after year is amazing! Our Purple Heart veterans enjoyed a well-deserved break, great company, and some serious fishing! But none of this would be possible without the incredible support of our volunteer, donors, and especially our fishing guides! They all made sure our veterans had an unforgettable experience, putting them on fish and sharing their expertise. Their time, patience, and generosity truly shows veterans that people care and this SAVES LIVES! At the heart of it all, this weekend was about healing, camaraderie, and remembering the sacrifices made by our nation’s heroes.
