Titmouse Foundation (501 (c)(3) non-profit) partnered up with Warrior Art Camp to create the Future Art Directors program, a 20-week scholarship course that aims to cultivate a diverse group of promising leaders! Big round of applause to our 2024 winners! Utilizing assets from the popular Prime Video & Amazon Studios show The Legend of Vox Machina, the course covers technical aspects like style guide creation, script/animatic breakdown, and asset packaging. Additionally, it addresses important soft skills, including collaboration with different departments, problem-solving, and effective communication within a team. Here is my final from the Vehicle and Prop Concept design class with Ronaldo Mei at Warrior Art Camp after months of it sitting in my drafts lol!! This is the class i took way back in October 2023 and It's been such a fun experience designing something out of my comfort zone, and not to mention finally getting to learn how to model with Blender~~ I can finally say i am a intermediate modeler now teehee ?? One of my new year resolutions is to model more soooo i will be holding myself accountable for that ?? ?? ?? !!

A little process video of an environment I modeled in Blender as part of Kelsey Roland's VisDev Creation for Blender class. I chose to model Times Square so that I could spend time designing the different advertisements and billboards. This was a huge learning curve learning Blender and 3D software in general, but this piece is when things began to click and the possibilities of the software became endless. The final result is about 90% Blender with final touch ups done in Photoshop. Thanks to Warrior Art Camp for another great class! I learned so much Kelsey and highly recommend her to anyone wanting to learn 3D modeling/Blender. Been offline for a while busy learning Blender from Warrior Art Camp's new Blender for VisDev Creation class taught by the lovely Kelsey Roland. This is a selection of some of the work I did from the class, but I'll be making more in-depth posts to show the process of how I created these pieces in Blender. I had never done 3D modeling prior to taking Kelsey's class. But over the course of eight weeks, we learned how to use Blender for all aspects of visual development. By the end, I had modeled everything from Times Square, city blocks, crazy escalators, characters, vehicles, and more. Kelsey is a great teacher, I'm so happy I took her class. She'll be teaching again in Feb of 2024, registration opens tomorrow 12/20 and 12pm. If you want to learn Blender, take her class, and I say this as someone who didn't have the first clue on how to delete that grey cube. This is the fourth class I've taken with Warrior Art Camp and I'm planning on coming back for more! Couldn't recommend them enough.
