WCCS, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Care Manager to join our organization and provide meaningful support to the elderly population, their families and caregivers as they navigate the challenges of maintaining independence while aging in place. This role allows staff to: · Work independently as a part of a supportive team. · Work from home and in the field visiting residents throughout Warren County each week (mileage reimbursed). · Build relationships with residents, families, and professionals in the field of aging services. · Work a 36-hour workweek with no evenings or weekends, no on-call hours and excellent company benefits.
