While this information is great for meaningful sales conversations, the traditional process of manually gathering and analyzing it can consume hours of selling time. Here is the fix: Step 1: Start by importing existing account lists from your CRM into a Clay Table or use the 'find company' search if you're starting from scratch. Step 2: Use 4o-mini to analyze the company description to find their ICP by identifying job titles they sell to and who derives the most value from their product/service offerings. Step 3: Use ClayAgent to scrape the web to find the latest product launch for each company. Step 4: Using ClayAgent again to initiate a detailed search to locate the company's most recent 10-K PDF file by searching through Google, SEC's EDGAR database, and the company's investor relations website, extracting only the direct URL to the PDF document. Step 5: Promoting ClayAgent one final time to extract insights from the company's annual 10-K report by finding their top five initiatives, new product launches, target customer segments, potential challenges, and hypotheses on why the company might be challenged to achieve their top initiatives. The benefit of all this? You can do this across multiple accounts at once as if you had a team of analysts doing the deep research for you. Saving you time and allows for a perfect personalized outreach.

It scans pricing pages, features lists, and customer stories to identify if they sell to businesses or consumers. - Next, I created a column that combines "builtwith.com/" followed by each company's domain. Then, I used ClayAgent to scan these BuiltWith URLs and look for specific keywords. When it finds "HubSpot" or "Salesforce," it automatically returns "Yes, HubSpot" or "Yes, Salesforce" in the cell. This lets me instantly know which CRM they're using, with zero manual checking. - Finally, I found their success stories by scanning for case studies across their website – including testimonials, portfolio sections, and client showcases. ClayAgent extracts the actual client names which you can reference in your outreach. ?? Step 4: I ran a waterfall email enrichment to find emails among different providers like LeadMagic, Prospeo.io, Findymail & verified it with Enrichley. The result?
