Kathryn Sterner – 1 year With over 30 years of experience, Kathryn brings a deep understanding of both owner needs and contractor processes to her role as Project Manager. Her career spans medical, office, and residential projects, and she remains actively involved in industry organizations, including the Construction Specifications Institute and the Army Heritage and Education Center Foundation. In our office back then, collaboration and practicality took center stage. Rooted in construction, our team focused on hand-drawn designs and buildable, functional solutions. The tight-knit culture nurtured mentorship, with experienced professionals guiding us through site visits, meetings, and hands-on collaboration. These connections helped shape not only our craft but our relationships with clients. Today, #officedesign trends have shifted from the workplaces of the 1980's, but we continue the same commitment to thoughtful, well-executed projects.
