Our team is excited to announce that we are providing architectural design services for three speculative industrial buildings totaling over 500,000 SF for Prologis located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, TN. The site is embedded next to the Cumberland River, where it manages to capture the skyline of downtown. This project is 9-building industrial warehouse campus that Prologis wanted to use to reshape the standard of industrial buildings of the region. Our San Diego team provided architecture and interior design services for Gateway at the Bay located in Chula Vista, CA. This 197,257 SF manufacturing, warehouse, and R&D facility is the largest of its kind near Downtown San Diego. Our team transformed the building with a striking new entrance, an expansive two-story lobby, and contemporary office spaces. The design features a unique corrugated perforated fa?ade, thoughtfully allowing natural light to illuminate the lobby. Complementing the industrial aesthetic, a coastal-themed graphic adorns the stairwell, creating a dynamic contrast against the building’s sleek, linear steel elements and representing the natural elements of its surrounding coastline.?Thank you to JLL for capturing the new space with this video. #WareMalcomb #WMSoCal #WMSanDiego #manufacturing

We provided interior architecture and design services for a pharmacy on the University of Southern California campus. Our Los Angeles team helped USC redesign and move into a permanent location on campus to better serve students and staff. The front of the house includes product displays, two consultation rooms, and a waiting area.
