One of the highlights of my job is the opportunity to visit the various facilities of Fairbanks Morse Defense. This morning I was at Ward Leonard - which became part of FMD nearly 3 years ago. It was great to see such an amazing transformation and dedicated focus on both the customer and continuous improvement, with innovative new products being launched. Really looking forward to coming back next year!
