One of the small bits of wisdom I try to pass along to the inventors and entrepreneurs with whom I work regularly is to learn to trust, and to surround yourself with a team of professionals. No one can be an expert at everything, nor should they try to be. Both recognizing this and being willing to lean on and learn from others to help you in the entrepreneurial journey can make all the difference in the world! As I close this leg of my journey with developing and selling a pet travel dish, I want to thank all of the people who so willingly and selflessly provided their support, feedback, knowledge and expertise. It all started with a call to Jacob Ward of Ward Law Office. Jacob, who with his vast knowledge, experience and guidance secured a Patent for my product, as well as a Trademark for the product's logo! Over the course of four years, the product was prototyped by the talented and the oh so helpful team (Kevin and Michael) at Medal Technologies. The Product was also produced by Medal Technologies. Logo created by Becky at B Squared Graphic Services, Product packaging by BCI/Buckeye Corrugated, Web-Site by Kevin Bartchlett (yes, the same Kevin!), with Sales via the web site and Amazon. There are so many tasks associated with creating a product from start to finish! I could not have done it without all of these fine people, and their respective companies. A sincere thank you to each and every one.
