With a career spanning over 30 years in hospitality, emergency services, and security, Paul has been an invaluable part of our team. Since 2001, he served as Beach Operations Supervisor, with prior roles as President of Monarch Adventures and Head Lifeguard. Paul is passionate about serving others surrounded by nature, and in his new role, he will oversee daily operations, security, and guest safety, ensuring our beach remains a welcoming haven for all.
