Our February promotions continue with Allison Rouse, recently named Front Office Manager! Allison first arrived to Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach in 2023 as part of Hilton's Management Development Program (MDP), and we're delighted she has continued to grow as a leader within our team.

We are proud to announce the promotion of Giuliana Rivera to In-Room Dining Manager!
