This weekend I had the pleasure to work with this amazing team. It was a very busy week Hotel Commonwealth with holiday parties and a large wedding. Our Sous chef was getting married himself and the chef was attending. A test…. I truly believe an indication of a team’s strength and competence is witnessed when leadership is not present. Do they rise to the moment? Or stumble? This team knocked it out of the park! From execution, timing, flavor and working together, everyone was on the same page. I am so proud of them.
