Archer Western and E.R. Snell Contractor, Inc. are constructing the I-285 / I-20 East Interchange, east of Atlanta in DeKalb County. The $685.6 million project will result in new interchange ramps, added lanes on both highways and replacing multiple bridges. The interchange improvements will ease traffic congestion through the area and decrease overall travel times for an area that's been called "one of the worst bottlenecks in the country." Recent operations on site include: ?? Setting steel girders over I-20 for the new I-285 southbound to I-20 eastbound bridge ramp. ?? Performing blasting operations along I-20 westbound to make room for the new auxiliary lane. ?? Setting beams for the new Fairington Road bridge over I-20.

The #WalshConstruction - Kokosing team recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity to help construct a multifamily townhome for a Cincinnati community, reinforcing their commitment to giving back and creating meaningful connections. The project, which will provide homes for four families, exemplifies the team’s dedication to making a positive impact in the neighborhoods where they work. “We wanted to do something together, together with the community and something that was going to be impactful to the neighborhood where we’re going to be working for a number of years,” said Project Director Arik Quam. Today, we officially began construction on the new Terminal F at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)! This project will create the sixth terminal at DFW, and it will feature a double-loaded concourse with 15 gates, modernized customer amenities and a new Skylink transit station. The 400,000-square-foot concourse will be built using innovative modular construction techniques. The concourse modules, constructed at a pre-fabrication site at the airport, will be moved across the airfield for installation at the final terminal site. #ArcherWestern is the leading member of Innovation Next+, the joint venture responsible for the design-build delivery for the Terminal F concourse and Skylink station.
