Wohlsen Construction Company selected Wallworks to complete the interior and exterior framing, sheathing, insulation, rough carpentry, specialty ACT, doors, frames and hardware installation, and general trades package for this important project. The 150,000sf addition will include student innovation and engineering labs, and state-of-the-art instruction spaces. Designed by BLTA a Perkins Eastman Studio and RAMSA | Robert A.M. Stern Architects the project will more than double the existing 92,000 sq. ft. building. WALLWORKS, INC. The Center of Theological Inquiry (CTI) in Princeton, New Jersey, recently underwent an extensive renovation project aimed at rejuvenating its existing 30,000sf Luce Hall, a neo-Georgian building dating back to 1984. The #ConstructionManager, Irwin & Leighton, Inc., selected WALLWORKS, INC. to complete the demanding project. One notable feature was the introduction of a skylit central atrium. Achieving the #precise #shape of the skylight with clean lines and sharp edges demands skilled #carpentry #craftsmanship.  Our craftsmen ensure that corners and edges are perfectly aligned and finished, contributing to the overall polished appearance required by the design. #AcoustiBuilt is an innovative acoustical drywall ceiling system installed in the clerestory area. This drywall system has similar installation and finishing methods to traditional drywall ceilings, then requires an acoustical spray coating to decorate the gypsum.  The simplicity of the design underscores the importance of every carpentry detail...
