From Opera Memphis to MOGA Memphis, this unique renovation not only preserved the building’s rich character but also gave it a new purpose—serving the Memphis community in an entirely new way. We are proud to see MOGA recognized as a finalist for the MBJ Building Memphis Awards. This project is truly worthy of an encore! Happy #WalkerWednesday!

Today’s #WalkerWednesday went from empty shell to fully functional! ? We just wrapped up a massive tenant infill on this industrial warehouse—transforming the space to fit the needs of its new occupant.

This week’s #WalkerWednesday is a celebration of the completion of CAM Studios! ???Founded by the talented Derek Fordjour, Contemporary Arts Memphis (CAM) opened in Fall 2024. According to their website, the studio “offers shared studio spaces, a student exhibition gallery, and a comprehensive art reference library for young artists to enhance their skills, build community, and develop a pathway to a vibrant contemporary arts scene in Memphis.” CAM is dedicated to supporting teen artists from Memphis and Shelby County high schools, providing an inclusive space where they can freely express themselves through art. Happy #WalkerWednesday, everyone! We wanted to take a stroll down memory lane with SilverTree Residential. Check out how great their third-floor space turned out in 2021! We’re back in the building to help expand on the second floor, so stay tuned for the progress. ??

The grandiose reveal of AMRO Music Stores is here, #WalkerWednesday! ???? This renovation hit all the right chords as we transformed their busy space into a flawless, functional environment. We loved harmonizing with designshop and Amro Music Stores, Inc.! ??: Jeffrey Jacobs

We’re flying into this week’s #WalkerWednesday with some progress at Floats & Fuel Cells. According to their website, FFC states to be “the most technically engineered & comprehensive aircraft?fuel?bladder manufacturer and aircraft?fuel cell?repair company in the world.” We’re excited to be partnered with this company for their renovations!???
