This milestone was made possible by Geoffrey Smith from Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners, who expertly placed the debt along with AMA Financial, LLC and Chris Epp, from Walker & Dunlop, who represented the seller. Vesper plans to invest approximately $1.8 million in capital expenditure for the Denton, Texas property. This exciting 432-bed project supports demand and occupancy for greatly needed student housing in the area in a highly competitive market.
