Born in London and raised in New York, Vincenzo “Vinnie” Miliano has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his career in luxury hotels, developing his passion for exceptional service and crafting elevated beverage programs while working in prestigious properties in New York City and Los Angeles. Most recently, he was a bartender at the Forbes 4-Star restaurant San Laurel at Conrad Los Angeles, where he gained recognition for his innovative cocktails, leadership, and dedication to sustainability. Vinnie’s journey has taken him through boutique hotels, the pre-opening team of The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue, and exclusive members-only clubs like Soho House. His career later brought him to the SLS Beverly Hills, before joining the Hilton family at Conrad Los Angeles. Now, as Bar Manager at Bernard’s at the Waldorf Astoria Chicago, Vinnie is committed to fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment while building a bar program that blends innovation, sustainability, and excellence. Influenced by Japanese cuisine and cocktail culture, he applies a meticulous and strategic approach to operations, with a vision of establishing Bernard’s as a premier destination for world-class cocktails.
