?? ANOTHER WALDEN SUCCESS STORY! ?? Meet Isaiah, an inspiring young man whose journey is a testament to resilience and hope. Growing up in foster care from the age of seven, Isaiah faced incredible challenges, including being placed in over 30 homes. Despite this instability, he found a loving and supportive foster home where he lived for two years and graduated from Adelanto High School with honors. At 18, Isaiah joined Walden's Transitional Housing Program (THP) and worked tirelessly to stabilize his life. Through sheer determination, he overcame obstacles like limited family support and transportation issues. Even in the face of these challenges, Isaiah stayed committed to providing for his son, maintaining his job, and remaining in good standing with the THP program. But Isaiah's story doesn't end there. Thanks to the generous support of Carlsbad Auto Service, Isaiah now has reliable transportation! Carlsbad Auto Service recently donated two vehicles to Walden, and Isaiah was the proud recipient of a fixed up Toyota 4Runner. As he continues to work toward joining the Navy, this gift has also given him the flexibility to explore the possibility of returning to school, ensuring he has multiple pathways to a brighter future. This support has truly made a profound difference in his life, and he is deeply grateful.
