Recently, 4 of our own were allowed to travel and visit the Ceco Door Products Plant in Milan, Tennessee. Being able to see frames bent and fabricated from a piece of sheet metal to a profile ready for installation and a door taken from an empty sheet, then pressed, molded, welded, prepped, and primed for installation is a priceless experience for our team. Our Project Managers being able to put faces to their Customer Service Reps names is critical to project success moving forward. Connections made allow there to be flow and additional respect between both Manufacturing and Distribution.
