If you are an owner of an LLC or LLP or PLLC, have you filed the BOI report for your business? - Deadline is 12/31/2024 to avoid steep penalties. - BOI is the new Beneficial Operating Information online report required by FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network). - It only takes about 15 minutes, it’s easy if you know the business and all owners’ contact information, and it’s online - FinCEN’s website: https://www.fincen.gov/boi - And please save a screenshot or print a copy of the final report showing that you filed it in case FinCEN contacts you.
