On Friday, March 21, King County Superior Court Judge Sandra Widlan ruled that Initiative 2066 is unconstitutional and therefore struck down. Judge Widlan ruled I-2066 violates the state’s single-subject rule meant to keep initiatives simple enough for voters to understand.
