Join Our Team as a Finishing Lead! Are you an experienced professional in the powder/paint/finishing industry with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a Finishing Lead to oversee our finishing department’s production processes and personnel. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 100% employee owned team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with supervision and management to plan and schedule production. Understand and manage all equipment and its requirements. Ensure finishing schedules are adhered to and production is on time. Coordinate with other department leads to maintain timely production flow. Review job files and order necessary paint and powder supplies. Train and manage finishing department personnel. Continually improve production processes, aiming to increase efficiency and reduce waste and expenses. Order and manage tools and supplies for the finishing department. Work with the engineering team to minimize rework and enhance design quality. Update production status daily. Communicate with equipment and technical suppliers as needed. Assist in fulfilling environmental and safety reporting and compliance requirements. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in powder/paint/finishing. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in production scheduling and equipment management. Commitment to efficiency and cost reduction. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
