Today, the VTCPA has grown to include a diverse membership of nearly 800 members in public practice, business and industry, government and education.

FinCEN has announced that March 21, 2025, is the new filing deadline for most companies. Reporting companies previously given a reporting deadline later than March 21, 2015, deadline must file their initial BOI report by that deadline. Check the VT CPA website or AICPA BOI Resource Center for continued updates! www.vtcpa.org
