United is the Way! What an inspiring morning we had at the 2025 We Are United Breakfast! The morning was filled with so many memorable moments as we honored the collective impact we make TOGETHER. We wrote personalized messages of encouragement to 600 students, took a trip inside the Literacy Hub at Lattie Coor School with Principal Orozco, and enjoyed a surprise visit from Clifford the Big Red Dog! This past weekend the wonderful members of Women United and their families came together for a floral design workshop at Arizona Flower Market to create the lovely centerpieces that will appear throughout our We Are United Breakfast tomorrow morning. ??? Reading is fundamental to a child's success in school and in life. Our partners Make Way for Books make it easy to incorporate reading every day with your child through with the Story School Program. Together, we are working to close opportunity gaps to increase 3rd-grade reading proficiency by 25%.

Pathways to Economic Opportunity for Black and Latina Women provides early employment opportunities for black and Latina women to help close the wealth gap. Our Pathways mentors and mentees sat down to discuss the importance of seeing themselves in the workplace and how the community they've built sets their future up for success. ??
