Exciting progress at the Elite Dermatology Retail Expansion in Cross Creek! Foundations are now complete for the 13,660 square foot structure, and steel frame erection has begun with HSS columns, girders, and diagonal braces being installed. The steel bar joists and roof decking will follow soon, completing the building's skeleton before exterior cladding begins. Construction is progressing steadily toward completion in summer 2025. We are looking forward to seeing the finished building take its place in the Cross Creek retail area, providing great interior flexibility for its retail tenants. Despite the cold front, we had a great time at the TAMU - AEI Spring Networking Event at TopGolf! The evening started with everyone practicing their swings, but as temperatures dropped at sunset, we naturally shifted to networking with people gathered around the space heaters. ? We were pleased to see such strong attendance, especially among Sophomore students recently admitted into the major. The mix of attendees—from students seeking opportunities to industry professionals—created an excellent environment for good conversation and new connections. ?
