We wanted full control for our new AI movie “Paper Jam”, so we hand-animated all poses in an AI-generated 3D space. The scenes were then rendered using Flux with regional custom character LoRAs created using my Consistent Character Creator workflow for ComfyUI and interpolated with KlingAI. Learn how to solve the biggest challenge in AI image generation - keeping multiple characters and environments consistent while controlling camera angles and character interactions. This tutorial shows our free workflow combining ComfyUI with Blender to create AI movies, comics, and virtual characters with unprecedented control. We demonstrate training character LoRAs for the FLUX image model, using ComfyUI's regional hooks to apply multiple LoRAs in the same image, and building 3D layouts in Blender for consistent character proportions.
