His career spans major insurance carriers, including Frontline Insurance, Homeowners of America, and USAA, where he developed deep knowledge of policy structures, settlement negotiations, and claim strategy. But Joel isn’t just another adjuster—he’s a game-changer. After years on the carrier side, he saw firsthand the limitations policyholders face when dealing with insurers. Driven by a passion for advocating for the insured, Joel made the bold move to public adjusting, where he can level the playing field and fight for fair settlements. At VPA, we don’t just hire talent—we bring on the best. Joel is the kind of professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. His background in finance and economics gives him a unique edge in claim analysis, and his relentless drive for learning means he’s always one step ahead of industry changes.
