What an amazing time at Sealaska Heritage Institute's biannual ??Celebration?? in Juneau this past week! As a local Alaska business, we couldn’t be happier that Royal Caribbean Group sponsored the event as part of their #SEAtheFuture initiative, gifting their table at the #AlaskaNative Artist Market to our very own Voyij seller, Wild Yukon Furs! Co-owned by Vanessa ?girsdóttir (https://buff.ly/4b8ylVm) and George Bahm, Wild Yukon Furs is a Skagway-based, Indigenous-owned vendor, selling one-of-a-kind handcrafted goods. We’re thrilled that they had the chance to showcase local Indigenous art thanks to Royal! Voyij CEO Olivia Klupar was recently on Celebrity Cruises's EDGE in Skagway as part of a Plaque and Key ceremony. Over the past three cruising seasons, Celebrity + Voyij have partnered to drive sales to local businesses in Alaska. The two teamed up in 2021 to help connect ship guests to the online marketplace where Alaska businesses, retailers and artists sell their crafts.
