Last week we celebrated the ribbon-cutting for El Centro de Estudiantes--Big Picture Philadelphia’s new home. The school will have a long-term impact on the Kensington community and the fact that I grew up in the neighborhood makes it all the more rewarding. Executing this project was a long journey and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our partners Shift Capital , construction team led by Shift Builders, KSS Architects design, our equity / bridge investors, and ESSA Bank & Trust financing. For Voyage Investments, this was our largest project to date and we look forward to continue delivering impact-driven opportunities for both communities and investors. Onward! P.S.
