Earlier this year?Vonda Wright MD, MS, an orthopedic surgeon and colleague of?Vori Health's?Chief Medical Officer,?Mary O'Connor, MD Oly, published a paper giving this phenomenon a name: the musculoskeletal syndrome of menopause. "By naming this syndrome, Dr. Wright's work is a fundamental step forward towards more equitable care for women," Dr. O'Connor says.
