Workshop includes: ? Pro resume tips from CareerSource experts ? A professional headshot from Lauren Lewis Media ? Lunch ? ?? 3/20 - Social at Sugar Works Distillery Join us in New Smyrna Beach at 5:30 PM for our monthly social! We’re so excited to spend the evening with you at Sugar Works Distillery. ? New members: Join us at 5:15 PM for a special new member orientation before the social begins. ? We’ll also be hosting a food drive at this event! We’re teaming up with the Daytona State College Falcon Hope Center to collect non-perishable, microwaveable items for local students in need. ? Come out for a fun evening and help support a great cause! ? ?? 3/22 - Children’s Business Fair We are looking for volunteers to help support the Children’s Business Fair! ? This exciting event gives kids the opportunity to launch their very own startup business — from developing a product or service to selling directly to real customers at a one-day marketplace. ? Our team will be meeting at 6:30am to assist with set-up, and we’d love your help in making this event a success! ? ??♀? 3/28 - Sports Equipment Deadline We are collecting sports equipment for the Ormond Beach and Holly Hill YMCA! ? What’s needed: ? Soccer balls ? Volleyballs ? Kick balls ? Basketballs ? Footballs ? Drop-off locations: ? Halifax Hospital Daytona (Fountain Tower entrance & France Tower Café) ? As VYPG starts out the new year, the 2025 Leadership Committee wants to allow those who are becoming leaders, those who are experienced leaders, and those who are influential leaders to be able to gain something from each leadership event held this year. Our goal is to provide tools that can build strong leadership skills, help you discover your strengths as a leader, learn to enhance your leadership influence, and assess your effectiveness as a leader.
