Lindsay, Jr. Changemaker Award, has dedicated her life to uplifting communities, empowering women, and creating lasting change through service. Dr. Reddix’s impact extends across nonprofits, philanthropy, and board leadership. As the founder of Envision Lead Grow, she has mentored and guided young girls in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership, helping them build brighter futures. She established The Mustard Seed Place, a space for women to connect, access resources, and grow professionally. Her Reddix Rules Fund? provides crucial funding and mentorship for women-owned businesses, helping them thrive. Her board and volunteer service reflect her unwavering commitment to the Hampton Roads community. She serves as Board Chair for YWCA South Hampton Roads, a board member for TowneBank Norfolk, 757 Collab, the United Way of South Hampton Roads, and the Hampton Roads Chamber Regional and Trustee Board and is a member of CIVIC Leadership Institute. Her contributions have earned her national recognition, including the EBONY Power 100, the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities’ Humanitarian Award, and the National Business Woman of the Year Award. Volunteerism is the heart of a thriving community, and few exemplify this more than Beth Lloyd - CNE, RRS, the recipient of the 2025 Lenora Mathews Lifetime Achievement Award! Beth’s dedication to civic engagement has shaped Hampton Roads for decades. As the former President and CEO of VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads, she worked to connect nonprofits, businesses, and volunteers to build a stronger, more resilient community. Under her leadership, the organization earned national recognition, receiving the George W. Romney Excellence Award from the Points of Light Foundation. Beth also trained leaders on board development and corporate volunteerism, sharing her expertise locally, across the country, and even abroad in Romania. Now a real estate agent with Howard Hanna, Beth continues her passion for service by helping individuals and families find a place to call home. Her deep ties to the community, built through decades of nonprofit leadership and volunteerism, allow her to guide clients with care, integrity, and an unmatched understanding of Hampton Roads. Beyond her professional achievements, Beth has served on numerous task forces and boards, remaining deeply involved in the community. She currently works with The CHAS Foundation, as an advocate for mental health resources through Mentally Healthy Norfolk, and is President of the Westover Garden Club. She continues to give her time as a volunteer at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, reinforcing her lifelong commitment to service.
