After months of precise off-site fabrication at VBC’s Tracy, CA facility, the modules are now on their way to the site! The modular construction approach allows for streamlined delivery and efficient on-site assembly. The team at MODSET is already well into the installation process. Modular construction allows for simultaneous site work and manufacturing, leading to faster timelines and reduced on-site disruption.
