Founded and headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. Volo provides year-round access for adults 21+ to participate in a variety of sports, fitness, tournaments, social activities, and volunteer opportunities. More than 400,000 users leverage the Volo platform to organize, meet, communicate and interact within their community. Ranked on the Inc. 5000, a list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., Volo now holds the position as the country’s largest adult social sports network, and currently operates nationally in Baltimore, Boston, Denver, Seattle, Charleston, New York City, New Jersey, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.! When adults register through Volo, they Play it Forward… helping to create free quality, youth sports programs in their communities via the Volo Kids Foundation (VKF), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that removes barriers to athletic participation by providing free programs in each of the Volo cities for kids ages 6-12, that is open to kids of all genders, races, and abilities to play at no cost to their families. Supported by volunteers, donations, and corporate and community partnerships, VKF has engaged over 20,000 kids across the country since its inception in 2015. We kicked off our first ever Volo Women’s Walk Club on Saturday, January 4th with over 150 women showing up in San Diego! Huge shoutout to our event partners: Molly’s Mission Beach, IRL SD, and SD Girls Run who helped make the day full of fun with coffee, fun times and?helping build connections! Congratulations to our Team Volo Kids runners!!! What an exciting weekend cheering on the runners as they celebrate their achievement of not only crossing the finish line of 26.2 miles but also crushing their fundraising goal!! Our Team Volo Kids runners in the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon raised over $70,700 which will fund free sports programs for over 404 kids! Way to go #TeamVoloKids It's been great to be an official charity partner with the TCS New York City Marathon again this year!
