A lot of you have heard the latest Avaya news. One of the big ones that stand out to us as an organization is: ? SIP Trunking & CPaaS services will be discontinued from April 28, 2025. This no doubt affects thousands and thousands of end-points are in jeopardy. The good news, Volli Communications works amazing with the Avaya system, it'll feel like there isn't much change, other than amazing pricing and a network that continues to outperform our competitors every day. ???????????? ???????????? ???????? ?????? ???????? ??????: ???????? ?????????? ??????, ?? ?????? ???????? ???????? ?????? ?????????? ???????????????????? ????????, and we discussed the future of our organization and how we would shift as we entered the channel space. UCaaS was the HOT thing because of COVID-19. We saw all these monster organizations beating us to the punch and thought "Why compete with them?" So we decided to hunker down and create the best carrier service network out there.??When everyone was adding widgets and avatars we were creating an automated porting system. When everyone was tying all their customers to 1 to 1 ratios, we broke the system and and started to do 1-3 ratios on voice traffic. Because why should it cost so much to do voice? Isn't a seat expensive enough? So this post isn't to slander Avaya like many of our competitors have done. Instead, we are here to support the Avaya team and their customer to ensure there is ZERO interuption in any of their services.
