Please join us in welcoming Volley's new People Operations Specialist, Zach Blunck! What inspired you to start a career in your line of work? It’s funny because if you ask anyone in the recruiting realm how they got started, it’s usually followed by a small chuckle because most people stumble into it one way or another. The first startup I joined, I was a People Coordinator and did a mix of recruiting/HR. While my experience following was more in line with a traditional recruiter, I learned that I really loved the People space, and ultimately wanted to grow on the operational side of that function. Now I'm here! What are you looking forward to most about working at Volley? I had actually never heard of Volley prior, so the idea of voice games was new to me. When I learned more about the company and did some more research, I realized the amount of creative runway in this space. I’ve been a gamer my whole life, so it’s exciting to see where the company will go.
