Thank you, The Daily Caller and The Daily Caller News Foundation, for reporting on the overreach by the National Association of REALTORS? and its state- and local-based associations to silence conservatives. On behalf of Julie Mauck, and with the support of Charlotte-based Coalition for Liberty, our firm sued an organization and two individuals who made false statements to Julie's brokers and to the Georgia Association of REALTORS to get her canceled. Follow VOGEL for updates on the litigation.??

The NC Supreme Court will hear this parents' rights case and will have the opportunity to ensure that private schools can be held accountable for expelling students in retaliation for their parents communicating concerns with the school's curriculum and their children's well-being. With the increase of private school enrollment following the expansion of the Opportunity Scholarship Program, this is a very important case, and we are proud to represent the Turpin family.

Managing Attorney Jonathan Vogel is proudly part of the legal team representing The Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law that sued Harvard University today for Harvard's wholly inadequate response to anti-Semitism. #highereducation #civilrights
Washington, D.C., May 22, 2024: The Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law is suing Harvard University for leaving “cruel anti-Semitic bullying, harassment, and discrimination” unaddressed for years, pre- and post-10/7. According to the complaint, “when Harvard is presented with incontrovertible evidence of anti-Semitic conduct, it ignores and tolerates it. Harvard’s permissive posture towards anti-Semitism is the opposite of its aggressive enforcement of the same anti-bullying and anti-discrimination policies to protect other minorities.”
