We’ve added two new members to the VMC family! Meet Greg Farnet, Director of Operations, and Amanda Navalance, Administrative Assistant! Greg started working at VMC in 2024 and has over 46 years of experience in the construction industry, including both residential and commercial building. He has served in various roles during his career, including Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, Vice-President, and Business Owner. Greg is excited to bring his many years of experience to the VMC Team, and he looks forward to assisting with every phase of the project delivery cycle from bidding through project close-out. A few Northshore projects that Greg is most proud of include Lakeview Regional Medical Center, North Oaks Medical Center, and the St. Tammany Parish Justice Center. Coming from a HVAC background, Amanda also started at VMC in 2024 and brings 11 years of experience in the industry. When asked what she enjoys most about VMC, she answered, “The People. I enjoy working for a company where the owners are present and involved in the day-to-day. VMC is also very family oriented. That makes a huge difference to employees.” We’re happy to have you both on the team!

Meet Richard Dupont, VMC superintendent for over 30 years! He started in the construction business 45 years ago, and has been working as a superintendent since 1994. His favorite part of the job is seeing projects through to completion and making his clients happy. When not in the office, Richard enjoys fishing, playing golf, the beach, and traveling with his wife. Thank you for your years of service, Richard, you’ve helped make VMC what it is today! #employeespotlight

The Coquille Mill Events space is nearing completion! We are proud to be part of bringing this space to life and can’t wait for it to host memorable events. Stay tuned as we put the final touches on this project.
