?? Project Spotlight: Albany City Hall ?? VMJR Companies is honored to work on the roof replacement of Albany City Hall, including its iconic 202-foot Carillon Tower- one of the few government -owned carillons, dedicated to honoring World War I heroes. ? Scaffolding is in place for facade repairs and reinforcements on the carillon tower. ? Spray foam installed to the entire underside of the roof. ? Masonry renovations on the east and south elevations are complete. Stay tuned for updates as we continue preserving this landmark! ??

On Tuesday, November 12th, VMJR Companies had the honor of joining Greenwood Industries, Inc. at the Engineering News-Record Regional Best Projects Award ceremony. Together, our teams were honored to receive the Award of Merit in the Renovation/Restoration category for our work on the New York Capitol Courtyard Roof Replacement Project.
